Inspection measurements are carried out using a Nikon Laser Scanner. Scanning is performed against the customer’s 3D model and verified with a measurement accuracy of 0.03 mm. Fits and surfaces are checked with a 2-point Subito or 3-point micrometer.
We have both vertical and horizontal 5-axis machines with work areas up to X=10,000 Y=2,800 Z=1,500 mm.
