History

The history of the Pars Group is a story of entrepreneurship, courage, and long-term commitment. It all began in 1985, when Ali Karimi, then a newly graduated Master of Science in Engineering, acquired a small sheet metal company in Emmaboda. The challenges were significant, but the drive was even greater. With early investments in technology and a clear ambition to build something long-term, the company began to grow.

Growth through acquisitions

Four decades of development that have shaped today’s Pars Group

During the 1990s and 2000s, the Pars Group developed into a corporate group through the acquisitions of ACAB and ABL. These operations added new product areas, modern production, and a broader geographic presence.

When Alfta Ytbehandling was integrated in 2022 and GMV joined in 2024, the group’s capacity was further strengthened. Today, the Pars Group is the result of nearly four decades of investment, opportunities, and a shared determination to continuously improve.
